Terry Hackworth has lived in Southern Missouri since 1976, graduated from West Plains Senior High, Draughon Business College, South Central Area Vocational School with an LPN license, and is a licensed real estate agent.

Terry has a wide range of experience in the nursing field, business management, and real estate office administration, as well as gardening, canning, and cattle ranching. She also has treasured over 20 years active in women’s ministry. She is married to Steve; they have 3 adult children, their spouses, and 9 amazing grandchildren.

Terry has worked in the real estate field as an office manager, administrative assistant, and listing coordinator and is now a licensed agent.

Much of her time is spent with family and church-related activities, and she loves to dabble with photography, all kinds of house plants, and enjoying the outdoors.

Aaron Eskandar has proudly called Missouri home since childhood and now resides in West Plains with his wife, Maria, and their three children. Deeply connected to the Ozarks, Aaron values the region’s natural beauty, small-town spirit, and strong sense of community — qualities that make it the ideal place to raise a family.

Aaron’s path into real estate began more than a decade ago through property investing. During that time, he saw firsthand how overwhelming the buying and selling process can be and recognized the importance of having a trusted guide. This experience inspired him to become a Realtor, using the lessons he’s learned to help others navigate their journey with confidence and clarity.
